By using this service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 4 years old to use Verbally (parental consent required for users under 13). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You retain ownership of all voice recordings, transcriptions, and notes you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service — including transcription, AI text improvement, storage, and sharing features you initiate.
Paid features require a subscription. Free trials auto-convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
You may cancel at any time. Web subscriptions are managed via the billing portal. iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings.
You may not use the service for illegal activities, harassment, or to circumvent safety measures.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
