These third-party services process your data solely to deliver the service and do not use it for their own model training. We do not share your name, email, or account details with these services — only the content necessary to generate a response.
We may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery, push notifications, speech-to-text processing, AI text processing, file storage, and other operational needs required to run the service.
We retain your data, including audio recordings and notes, while your account is active. You can delete individual notes or your entire account at any time from the app. When you delete your account, all associated data including recordings and notes is permanently removed.
Verbally is rated 4+ and may be used by children with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Before creating an account, you are asked to explicitly consent to your voice recordings and transcriptions being sent to OpenAI for processing as described in Section 3. This consent is required to use the service. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. OpenAI processes your data solely to deliver the service and does not use it for model training, in accordance with their API data usage policy.
