Your audio recordings are sent to a third-party speech-to-text provider for transcription. The resulting text is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate an improved version and summary. These providers process your data solely to deliver the service and do not use it for their own purposes. Audio files are stored securely on our servers.
We may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery, push notifications, speech-to-text processing, AI text processing, file storage, and other operational needs required to run the service.
We retain your data, including audio recordings and notes, while your account is active. You can delete individual notes or your entire account at any time from the app. When you delete your account, all associated data including recordings and notes is permanently removed.
Verbally is rated 4+ and may be used by children with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
